Intimacy is achieved when we become close to someone else and are reassured that we are loved and accepted for who we are. Children usually develop intimacy with parents and peers. As adults, we seek intimacy in close relationships with other adults, friends, family and with a partner.

Sacred sexuality is the practice of embodying and becoming the energy and expression of love in the world; not as a means to try to get love, but as a transformative path where we allow love itself to be the grist for the mill so to speak, where we learn to allow love to work in us and through us as we literally become the embodied expression of this love.
Tantra, Intimacy and Sacred Sexuality Sessions
Heart Centered Intimacy Retreats For Individuals and Partners.
These sessions are a 'judgement free zone' that dives intimately into partnership dynamics and provides clear, heart centered practices that can be done alone or with partner(s) to approach sexuality with reverence, potency and vulnerability.
If your relationship has become routine, or could use more 'sizzle', these sessions will help you:
- Let go of shame
- Feel GOOD in your body
- Be more PRESENT with your lover(s)
- OWN your sexual voice and potency
- CONNECT more deeply
- Move beyond 'blocks' in your sexual relating
- Embrace healthy, nourishing sexuality
The first 2.5-3 hour session opens with conversation and intention setting. The session continues with connection exercises, a Cacao Ceremony and consent conversation, which culminates in Guided 4 (or more) hand massage, intimate sharing, and 'home play' exercises to continue your journey together.
Tony will present options for continued work together, along with an overall 'treatment plan' that will be unique to each participant and the dynamics of your relationship.
