Having been a managing real estate broker for a decade and having ranked in the top 5% brokers nationwide, I have a lot of experience with the energetics of selling properties.
Few people would deny that there sometimes a palpable energy left in a property when vacated.
This is especially demonstrable with foreclosures. When a potential buyer walks into a property, the energetics of the property affects them, whether they know it or not.
I specialize in clearing and strengthening energetic fields.
