SMS & Messaging Terms

1. Program Description

The Love Warrior (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an SMS and messaging program to send you marketing communications, event invitations, cohort openings, and direct messages related to our services. Messages may be sent via standard SMS/MMS to the mobile number you provide, and via WhatsApp at wa.me/17733544553.

This program is operated by The Love Warrior, 1809 Lincoln, Evanston, IL 60201.

2. Opt-In Consent

We will only send you SMS marketing messages if you have explicitly opted in by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form and providing your mobile phone number. Providing your phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive marketing messages — you must affirmatively check the consent box.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from The Love Warrior at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

We record the exact consent language presented to you, the date and time of your opt-in (UTC), and the source URL at the time of sign-up.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month, though we may send fewer. Messages may include announcements about new offerings, cohort openings, event invitations, and direct follow-ups related to your inquiry or enrollment.

4. Carrier Charges & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent and received. The Love Warrior does not charge you for messages, but your carrier may. Check your mobile plan for details. We are not responsible for any charges imposed by your carrier.

5. Data Collection & Use

When you opt in to SMS communications, we collect your name, mobile phone number, and the details of your consent (timestamp, source URL, and consent wording version). We use this information solely to send you the messages you have consented to receive and to maintain records of your consent as required by applicable law.

We do not sell your mobile phone number to third parties. Your number may be shared with our messaging service providers solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS marketing messages at any time by any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent.
• Reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — all are treated as a STOP request.

• Call or text us at (847) 868-3111.

After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations or direct replies to your inquiries) unless you request complete cessation of all contact.

We also communicate via WhatsApp at +1 (773) 354-4553. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms. You may opt out of WhatsApp communications by blocking our number or by notifying us at Tony@TheLoveWarrior.com.

9. Governing Law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable Illinois consumer protection statutes. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued participation in our SMS program after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
