Tony Holmes has spent more than three decades working at the intersection of embodiment, intimacy, tantra, mediation, ritual, leadership, conflict, and human transformation. His work has included private clients, community initiatives, retreat centers, and major institutions.

From 2022 through June 2026, Tony facilitated leadership learning experiences at Delta Air Lines headquarters, including programs focused on inclusive leadership and complex conversations.

Tony's broader institutional experience has also included work with the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the State of California.

Alongside that work, Tony trained in therapeutic and shamanic massage, somatic practice, yoga therapy, Reiki, mediation and conflict-resolution. He became a facilitator with HAI Global — one of the world's most respected organizations working at the intersection of intimacy, consent and human connection — and joined the faculty at the Esalen Institute.

Earlier in his career, Tony founded the Society of Healing Arts Institute and the Artists' Network for Urban Liberation. His service and cultural leadership have been recognized through a Congressional Certificate of Merit, and he served as a Goodwill Ambassador to Japan in 1989.

He founded The Love Warrior as a home for his personal practice: private advisory, shamanic bodywork, couples intimacy work, retreats and public teaching. He founded Djedi Dojo Institute as the organizational and leadership arm of his work.
